MOTHER/DAUGHTER YOGA RETREAT

For Mothers and Daughters Marble Falls, TX

Photographing this unique retreat was undoubtedly an experience I will never forget, especially because my daughter and I got to both participate in the retreat. It was a great bonding experience for us both and we were able to get away just us two, which is a really rare treat for us!

On the first day, we were amazed at how peaceful the ranch was. Being in nature (while also having reliable, cold ac to go back to) was so special- and the horses roamed around the acres freely, which was an amazing experience for us city gals.

The retreat, which was held at Retreat Ranch in Marble Falls, was hosted by Nectar Flow Yoga. Nectar Flow Yoga (based out of Spicewood, TX), owned by Cassie Hall, hosted this one-of-a-kind retreat over three days. Along with Cassie, co-hosts Callie Coale and Laura Marcotte were able to help with leading activities throughout the weekend.

Activities during the retreat included south bath/meditation, group bonding for the teens and pre-teens, horse painting, candle making, moms-only yoga, a cooking class, rock painting and glowga dance party (glow sticks and fun tunes).
