SXSW Event Photos for Jessica Miller-Merrell

Jessica is a proud entrepreneur, founding and heading the human resource educational company Workology and a has recently become a yoga trainer for HR professionals across the United States.

I followed Jessica around Austin to capture her on stage and interacting with the professionals in her industry. The goal was to show her stage presence and personality so she can use these photos to get more speaking gigs.

Jessica sat as a SXSW panelist in 2023 to give her opinion on a variety of HR topics. Miller-Merrell also presented on how she uses social media, particularly short-form video, to market her business, Workology.

She also went on to be a presenter at the Rio Grande campus of Austin Community College to speak on salary negotiation and to give useful tips, information and advice for military spouses needing better negotiation skills so they can excel in the workplace, no matter where they are.
